LOVE YOUR MOTHER
– Native Voices On Poisoned Lands –
eQuilter is committed to being a force for good in the world, focusing on humanitarian and environmental issues that tend to affect Indigenous people who do not have a voice. For over 21 years eQuilter has donated 2% of sales, and has now raised over $1.75 million for a list of non-profits including Mission of Love and Earthworks. We believe that clean air and water is a human right, and the politicizing of pollution regulations for the profits of the few, is morally wrong. We support organizations who work to bring the truth about these topics to the public, so they can make their own decisions about how we will care for Mother Earth.
Please join us as stewards and custodians for our precious waters and wild lands, and we hope that by sharing this documentary, your voice will join with ours to call for transparency and healing as we seek solutions for the damage we have done to the environment.
This event is inclusive, free to those who can’t afford it. For all others, suggested donations on a sliding scale of $15-100 are requested in lieu of a flat ticket price. The Funds Raised will support the amazong work done by MISSION OF LOVE and EARTHWORKS. The donations collected will also support the film impact campaign “No More Sacrificed Communities” and be used to provide small honorariums to our panelists.
MISSION OF LOVE, since incipience 1989, has been able to help the poor of third world countries, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and the Hurricane victims through it’s airlifts and truck transports of medical supplies, clothes, school supplies, building supplies, and emergency vehicles.
EARTHWORKS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting communities and the environment from the adverse impacts of mineral and energy development while promoting sustainable solutions.Earthworks stands for clean air, water and land, healthy communities, and corporate accountability.
