Indigenous peoples protect the world’s most intact ecosystems. Their lands are where the Earth’s last untapped natural resources lay, and where some 80% of all global biodiversity remains. At Lush we stand in solidarity with land and water defenders and are proud to be partnering with The Condor & The Eagle. This film shines a spotlight on the climate emergency and the communities most directly impacted.
This event is inclusive, open to those who can’t afford it. For the others, a suggested sliding scale donations of $25 or more are being requested in lieu of a flat ticket price, to make the film more accessible. The collected funds will support LIBERATED CAPITAL: A Decolonizing Wealth Fund. This fund aims to support Indigenous and other people-of-color-led initiatives working for transformative social change. The donations collected will also support the film impact campaign “No More Sacrificed Communities” and be used to provide small honorariums to our panelists and filmmakers for their time and expertise. Please give generously according to your financial situation
